Welcome
I am an independent economist based in Saigon, Vietnam. I received my M.A. in Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara, CA, as a part of my short-term enrollment in their Ph.D. program, and my B.S. in Mathematics & Economics at Hillsdale College, MI. Prior to entering the US, I finished high school in Vietnam and then spent two years at Eastern Mediterranean International School, Israel.

My broad interests include History of Economic Thought, Philosophy and Methodology of Economics, and Philosophy of Mathematics. My works have been published in Review of Austrian Economics, Quarterly Journal of Austrian Economics, and Journal of Libertarian Studies. Much of my research is grounded on the philosophical insights of the Austrian School and Kurt Gödel.

Before turning to academia, I used to work for 5 years in designing brand identity and visual marketing with local SMEs. I also find a hobby in photography, audio engineering and music theory.
